Troubleshooting

I am not receiving alerts

We recommend checking the Alert Logs page of your AlertFleet account to see any possible issues generated while sending your notifications.

I am not receiving alerts, and I can't see any errors on Alert Logs

You're likely experiencing a formatting issue in your Email or API request.

Email Source:

If you are using a wrong To or From address, you'll receive an error message directly at the sender address. Otherwise, if they are correct, you will receive any error messages at your AlertFleet account's e-mail address.

tip

We recommend using a standard e-mail client for testing purposes before integrating AlertFleet into your automation system.

API Source:

The server will respond with an error.

I haven’t received the verification email after signing up

After completing your registration, we send a verification email to your address.

However, especially with providers like Gmail, some mails from our address (no-reply@alertfleet.com) might:

  • Take a few minutes to arrive.
  • End up in your Spam or Promotions folder.

Please check:

  • Your Spam or Junk folder.
  • The Promotions tab (if you use Gmail).
  • That your email address was entered correctly.

If you still haven’t received it after 10 minutes:

tip

To ensure smooth delivery, add no-reply@alertfleet.com to your address book or mark it as "Not spam".

I have correctly configured the Vantage Infusion (Driver) integration, but I am not receiving alerts

We recommend following these steps:

Check your account Alert Logs

Verify if one or more alerts returned errors in the AlertFleet → Alert Logs web panel.

Check the DNS settings and IP Gateway of your Vantage controller

Make sure the DNS addresses, and the IP Gateway are properly configured on your Vantage controller:

Design Center -> System -> Controller Settings -> Network Settings

Check the driver logs

  1. Set the Log Level to Log Level 1 for the AlertFleet driver instance in your Vantage Design Center project.
  2. Connect to your Vantage Controller diagnostic logs.
  3. Look for entries containing "AlertFleet" that show an error or warning.
