I have correctly configured the Vantage Infusion (Driver) integration, but I am not receiving alerts
We recommend following these steps:
Check your account Alert Logs
Verify if one or more alerts returned errors in the AlertFleet → Alert Logs web panel.
Check the DNS settings and IP Gateway of your Vantage controller
Make sure the DNS addresses, and the IP Gateway are properly configured on your Vantage controller:
Design Center -> System -> Controller Settings -> Network Settings
Check the driver logs
- Set the
Log Level
toLog Level 1
for the AlertFleet driver instance in your Vantage Design Center project. - Connect to your Vantage Controller diagnostic logs.
- Look for entries containing "AlertFleet" that show an error or warning.
